When we decided to sell our first and only home recently, our thought was to ask Karen to consult with us about how to proceed. She came to talk with us and was prepared beyond our expectation with what she judged would be a good selling price to start with and she had the documentation to support  her estimate. That preparedness continued throughout our experience, and has resulted in proceeds which have firmly launched us toward the next chapter in our lives. She kept us informed at every step so we could make informed decisions about what to avoid and what to embrace, and was always ready with solid advice and suggestions about what to do not just one step ahead but two. Karen exudes confidence. Her goal is to make it happen, even to the point of cheerfully coaching a buyer's agent on the niceties of the ever-changing modern-day real estate market. Karen was awesome and extremely helpful in my search for my first house. She was supportive and actually cared about how I felt and what I wanted.
